PHILOSOPHY

Purchasing and selling a home is one of the most important decisions you will be making.  The process is complex, and can be daunting for even a seasoned home buyer.  My job is to understand your needs, give you the data to help you make appropriate decisions, write clear concise documents, and follow up on all the details. I feel that my 25 years experience will guide you in making the best decision for you.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

The majority of my business has focused on helping people find housing and sell their home, while relocating to and from Seattle. I have expertise in the special needs of a relocating person, and growing up in Seattle has given me broad knowledge of neighborhoods that people relocating require. Of course the same is true for people who want to move locally!

I started as a Realtor in 1990. I have a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Puget Sound, Tacoma, Washington, and a Masters Degree in Public Health Business Administration from the University of Hawaii.

I am fluent in American Sign Language, and have helped several hearing impaired individuals purchase homes in the community.  My Bachelors degree was in psychology and race relations.  I feel very comfortable in working with people from different cultures. I respect and admire the differences, and can guide people in the cultural norms for purchasing or selling a home in this country.

FIVE STAR REALTOR

I have been selected as a Seattle Magazine "Five Star" agent for the last 7 years. Seattle magazine asked Five Star Professional to conduct research with clients, peers and industry experts to determine the real estate agents in the Seattle area who rated highest in overall satisfaction. Only 7 percent of the area agents are selected.

REAL ESTATE TRAINING AND ACCREDITATIONS:

My Real Estate credentials include: A certified "Built Green" Professional, Certified Negotiation Expert, Relocation Specialist, Relationship Marketing Specialist, and Internet Marketing Specialist.  I have also taken courses in Real Estate Photography, Short Sale Negotiations, Multiple Offer Issues, and Real Estate Legal Issues.

I am currently the Assistant Manager at the Windermere Redmond Office. I mentor new agents and conduct classes on various topics for new agents.
